You may use Dame for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app.

2. Intellectual Property

All digital assets, design, and code in the app are owned by AmoHub Software. Dame (Damii) is a traditional Ghanaian draughts board game — we claim no ownership over the cultural heritage itself, only our specific software implementation.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an AS IS basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the app's continuous availability or fitness for any particular purpose.

4. Limitation of Liability

AmoHub Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
